šŸŽ‰ We Made It to the End of the Year

WE MADE ITTTTTTTT.

We made it to the end of 2025.

I won’t lie…this year definitely gave me a run for my money.

I started a new job. I started grad school. I went to the first-ever Tall Tour in NYC. And so much more that I honestly can’t even remember right now.

I won’t keep you long in this section because we have some good stuff coming up in the rest of the newsletter, but I just want to say this: I’m proud of you.

This was such a trying year for many, and I’m proud of you for making it to this point. For pushing through. For doing your best. I’m so so grateful that you’re still here and still going strong.

I can’t wait for the holidays and all the New Year’s celebrations ahead!! šŸ¤

šŸ‘š Rachael’s Fashion Take: Holiday Looks For Tall Women

Rachael is a tall fashion creator standing at 6’3ā€ whose mission is to find quality, affordable clothing that caters to tall frames. To follow Rachael and see her fashion picks and try-ons, check out her Instagram.

Holiday dressing can be fun—until you start looking for pieces that actually fit a tall frame. The tall fashion space has come a long way, but occasion dressing is still one of the biggest gaps: holiday parties, New Year’s Eve, winter weddings. The good news? There are tall-friendly options out there, and with the right mix of fabrics and proportions, you can pull together outfits that feel seasonal without sacrificing fit.

This month, we rounded up three tall-friendly outfit ideas you can build on: a cozy holiday party look, something polished for New Year’s Eve, and a dressed-up option for a winter wedding. These pieces lean into the textures that make this season fun—metallics, sequins, satin, faux fur—but they’re wearable enough to mix back into the rest of your wardrobe. Think sequin trousers you can pair with a chunky knit for dinner, or a satin skirt you can style with boots for the office.

Tall women deserve options that don’t feel like a compromise, especially around the holidays. These looks prove you can be festive and properly proportioned.

If you want to see these outfits styled on a real 6'3" frame, you can shop all of these looks—and my other tall-friendly finds—on LTK. I share detailed fit notes, inseams, and styling ideas so you know what will actually work before you buy.

You can also follow along on all of my socials @one_tall_order, where I share everyday outfit inspo, try-ons, and tall-girl finds I genuinely wear and love.

šŸ“ Should Tall Women Eat Less??

If you’re a tall girly reading this right now, tell me if you’ve ever had this realization.

You’ve been following this one specific fitness creator for years. She’s your go-to, and you want to look and feel like her. You copy her workouts, try out some of her recipes, take the supplements she recommends, all of it. However, your body still looks nothing like hers…

In fact, you’re not seeing any type of results.

One day, you’re scrolling through this fitness creator’s page and stumbled across a video you haven’t seen before where she lists off her measurements and find out she’s 5’4ā€ and maybe weighs 120 pounds. Now it doesn’t click at first, but you may be standing at 5’9ā€ and weigh 180 pounds or standing at 6’3ā€ and weigh 220 pounds. Yet, all you can think about is why your body doesn’t look like hers.

You’re not alone in this. So many of us tend to take advice from those who have different body types because that’s what our feeds are filled with. So today, we’re diving into tall girl fitness and health, where I’m calling out myths, lies, and unrealistic expectations and talking about why so many tall girlies feel lost when it comes to their health and fitness. Tune in for more!
